No 14 Bacon Street is a beautifully intimate living-room like 50 capacity roots music venue, a haven of peace and tranquility in the heart of the vibrant Brick Lane area. There isn’t another venue like this in London, it’s like stepping into a secret folk world, you’d never know the noise and bustle of busy Brick Lane was just thirty seconds from the door, a magical place…

.

Singer/songwriter Lefteris Moumtzis is one of the most established musicians in his native Cyprus, founding many succesful acts, organising festivals, and running his own label. He is best known for his work with bands Trio Tekke and J.Kriste, Master of Disguise. January 2016 saw the release of his first solo venture, “Now Happiness”. The album takes an acoustic, minimal approach, giving attention and care to the songs and their stories, effortlessly combining folk, jazz, ambient and classical elements.
